I ordered new exterior door opening buttons and was wondering if i can install them myself or if it was something a tech should do? I do have good mechanical skills and tools.

So they do not rub on the fender well when you turn? What about the rears?

My XLR has P235/ZR50-18 tires all the way around and was wondering, can I put a wider tire on the car. A P245/ZR50-18 is about a 1/2 wide and about the same diameter. Any thoughts?

Well, after selling our 2008 XLR-V in 2010 and having a few other sports cars we are back again with another XLR. Had a Jaguar but with an SRX and a Escalade EXT in the garage just needed to stay true to the brand. Glad to be back! :wave:

There are 3 issues with the rear ends in these cars. The first is the incorrect posi lube was used in them which causes the rear end to pop when turning. The second issue is the posi clutch packs are wearning out too fast which also causes popping and an increased grinding noise when turning...
