That's the new kid on the block. I sure WON'T get velcro. I'll have to find & visit some interior companies. Your posting record was on the old XLR site. Good to have you back, as I'm sure many others will also feel the same!!
 It took me a year to decide whether I wanted to keep the last "V," before I sold it and then only had the Vette. This time I traded the Vette for the "V." Almost an even swap, the difference being the extended warranty.
It does feel very good to be back in an XLR again--although I did...
New "V"
Thanks for the comments.
Here are some of the dealer-taken shots. She's almost the same as my '06 except for the interior color, I actually like this color combo better.
As of today, after a bit of searching, I am again back in an XLR-V!!!
I found a very near perfect '08 at a local Mercedes dealer. So, my "V" smile is back again!!! :blinzel:
Kevin and Marion,
Maryann & I send our sincere condolences. We know it isn't easy to lose a parent or any loved one. We will pray and keep you both in our thoughts and prayers.
In past trips we met up with Orlando and surrounding area people at a McDonalds just before they all entered Rt. 75. It's a very convenient place to meet. So, if you or any others would like to meet there please feel free to join up.
Unfortunately, Northstar engines are known leakers, my XLR & XLR-V both leaked, pretty major repair on each of them. They had to drop the complete front suspension (not a pretty sight!) to be able to access the leak area.
Lotsa luck with yours. Only consolation was neither leaked again. Oh...
Well, if the closing was so well known, as it takes place every year at that time, it would surely make me to be sure to black out those weeks for anything like "The Homecoming." Am I missing something??? :dunno:
