I would not try Acetone, heavy solvent which can dissolve many fabrics and vinyl. Try Goof off wich is used to remove many lable adhesives. If it is a thermoset adhesive you could try a hair dryer to soften before Goof Off. Doug-j

I agree that it takes some getting used to but on long trips on the open highway it is great. Not intended for use in city traffic in the first place. My 2 cents. Doug-J

I agee wit both of you that the XLR rides better than the Allante. I have a 93 Allante (took off Z rated tires) and a 06 XLR and the XLR is the best of the two for:blinzel: rough roads and long trips. My 2 cents Doug-J
