I have a squealing problem with the brakes on my 06. It's intermittent but still very annoying when it occurs. Is the only solution new rotors and pads?:confused:

Had two marks on my roof which were made by brackets under the trunk lid. Had the roof repaired and repainted all under warrantee. It's been about a year since then and no marks have reappeared.

2006 XLR platinum with ebony interior. Original calipers sandblasted, primed and painted with hi-gloss black ceramic paint.

I'll have to check it out. Would be interesting to see where they are located.

I did an online search for any XLR and XLR-v's for sale within a 100 mile radius of me and I found two used XLR's for sale by Caddy dealers and no XLR-V's.

I wonder how many have been explored??? I don't mean Canada.

I've owned my 06 for about a year and have not seen another XLR on the road here in the NY metro area. I have been the only car (XLR) at two local area car shows. Most people look and ask "what is it ?".

Thanks for the feedback. I wonder if the previous owner hit a curb? I did replace the front right aluminum wheel when I got the car because it was pretty banged up. I have extended coverage so I'll have it checked out by the dealer. Thanks.

I've had my 06 since last August and have not driven it that much. I had it out over the weekend and noticed the steering a little looser than my 08 CTS-4 and my Audi A4. I'm I just use to the CTS and Audi or should I have the front end of the XLR checked out? Four new original issue run flat...

I have noticed that GPS routes will change a lot depending on whether you choose "fastest" or "shortest" route. Choose "shortest" and the GPS will take you to places you've never seen before .
