The convetional non mag shocks give the car a very good ride. Ive replaced several and no one ever complained about the ride. I use the z06 upgrade . not the aftermarket ones but the ac delco. Ive also used the bilstein b6 . do not use b8 they are for cars with lowered springs. I replaced a set...
There is an issue with the plug under the drivers seat that can cause the problem. Theres sever write ups in detail about the plug and how to secure it better
Did you get new ac delco shocks? New shocks should provide a very good cadillac style ride. Hot harsh but also not sports car firm. There is most likely another issue in the system. What year car?
Used ones on ebay are up to 900$ now. Passenger 200$. You will need a scanner like the tech two to program it once you find one. No one make a replacement. For members getting any part like this , make sure you get your old one back. Someday we will find someone to rebuild if we have cores.
You need to get a tech 2 scanner. You should be able to bet a reproduction tool. That is what most of us use. They run about 300$ us. They will hive you codes that match tge factory and make finding problems easy. There are members here with factory manuaks that can help you once you get a code.
Sorry. I had did an in depth check back in june to confirm there were not any to be found. When you posted the part number somehow it shows at oem cats to be a usa part so i did not check further on the correct part number
Never seen nor heard of a axle nut loosening up with time. You may have a bearing failure but the nut is there for life unless someone removed it and did not replace it properly.
Mind are original . i was talking about the corvette. Even though the center part is the same i figured the sides would have to be modified to work on the xlr
All cars but the v had it. Some say the v mesh blocked the signal but ive seen mesh lower grilles and the adaptive cruise works. Look on the left drivers side sitting back a little should be a 3 x5 box. Its just a square plastic cover. If it was miising i woukd think you woukd have a light on.
Yeah gm parts giant buys from vintage parts and marks it up. Just cut out the middle man. Hope you got one they are all gone now. I got them so that some ebay junk yards dont buy them up and ask 200$ for them . if they bolt on thru the bumper cover ill adapt them. I hate holes in the bumper cover
Sorry no i was asking who had them you got a price from. Looks like vintage parts in beaver dam has them for about 50$ shipped. Not going to find them any cheaper for sure.3d printer prints in rows and something like this would have to be done in rosin and uv baked. Very expensive.
I doubt it. Cost would have to be 100$ to even think about making it worth it. Who told you they had one? You can get aftermarket lower grilles not to exlensive but require the bumper removal to install unless you want to stand on your headunder the car.
Send me a photo of what you have. I most...
Theres a dozen listed on ebay but what i find is that when someone list a number others jump on. My dealer confirmed its discontinued and his dealer network shows none anywhere. There is a vintage gm parts that may have one. I like the hidden plates if you must run one. Let us know what you find
Just show how they share product and warehouses. Someone bought one side as they had them listed on ebay as new. Thete where about 15 listings making it look like a whole bunch of new. As you found out they had two used export lights. What i saw was exports dont reqjire the side marker which...
Haha. Well stay away from the guy who says like tahoe. You can still vet oem at about 400-450 each.
If you have a suspension light on, shocks most.likely will not fix it. You can buy some aftermarket china mag shocks for about 400$ on ebay. The jury is still out on quality and value and if they...
