Thank you! Thank you, I was able to get the window down. Had to pull the latch cable just a bit harder... I was afraid I would snap the cable. Got the windows re-initialized. Thank you again for your assistance. Jessica

Greeting's, The battery on my XLR died and I was able to use the key to get in the trunk and pull the door release. But the windows did not drop to open the door. How do I open the door if the window doesn't drop? Thank you in advance for your help. Jessica
