    Roof Operation

There are timing parameters for each of the sensors and they have to be dead on for smooth operation. I have the info from the dealer and there is a document that covers this in their database, once I locate it I will post the document number.

    Interesting Cadillac XLR eBay Finds

If you enlarge the picture it looks a bit "photoshopped" to me or could just be reflections. Not my cup of tea....but to each their own. Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 2

2005 XLR would not start, low voltage

Disconnect your battery for 15 minutes and then re - check all the functions you are having issues with. You will have to re - index your windows. If this is the original OEM battery from 2005, it may be time to consider a new battery. The slightest dip in charge will make our cars do weird...

    New Tire Time

Just put two on the front a few days ago, my tire guy had no problem getting them. With mounting, balancing, disposal and nitrogen I paid $588.63 out the door. Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 2

    Check Engine Light

I have been getting a CEL with a P0174 code and it pointed to the plenum. This is a known issue with GM and AllData, my XLR showed me the AllData notice of "Plenum being out of round" and will cause an air leak due to a faulty seal. On a side note if anyone notices a small antifreeze leak on...

Switched out my custom Spectre Performance CAI for the Volant CAI the other day. There is a noticeable difference between the two for the better. It seems that the Volant produces a better throttle response and growl. Picked up the Volant on Amazon for $288.99 with free shipping.....great...

    Xlr headlight mod

Fortunately the Crossfire just uses a amber bulb and not a lens. I opened them up to install an LED ring around the headlamp bezel to make "angel eyes". Similar to the headlamps that you see on BMW's and the newer Camaro's. Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 2
