    Motor groan (Not Engine)

I have been hearing a low speed motor groan under the passenger dash. At slow speeds or at a stop I hear a groan sound. Could this be the heater fan? It is not the seats heater. I can hear that one separately when it is on. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Key fob question

How do you know it recognized the fob? Did you program it as fob 3? Will doors unlock or trunk open? I programmed an extra fob as 3, it then asked for fob 4. As three it will not activate memory controls, but everything else. There are two programming modes. One for extra fobs (3 & 4) - or...

On the corvette side, some have had problems with the door switch. A couple of screws and it come out. Have you tried a different fob. I doubt the battery in the fob would be dead in 2 years.

    Just Found XLR Net

I appreciate your welcome. I have clients in North Royalton and get up there several times a year. We're look forward to SA and Mid Ohio. XRL corral sounds good. I agree about not adding more time to SA. How many driving days do you think? Dave Harrower

    Just Found XLR Net

Appreciate the welcome! Rendezvous sounds cool. Wife said OK, lets go. Caravaning would make the drive much easier and more fun. I haven"t read enough to know about the funnel, but our son in college said he will loan us one. He says he keeps it in case he runs out of gas.

    Just Found XLR Net

Found XLR Net the other day. Far more activity than Cadillac Forum. We got our XLR-V in December and want to learn as much about this great car as possible. The only mod I have done is the Mild to Wild Control. I use two of the buttons on the visor to open and close the exhaust flaps. Our...
