I had the same issue - I replaced one of the spark coils and everything's all better! (I diagnosed it by unplugging each one and listening to the engine. If it ran worse then that coil was fine. No difference = bad coil!)

I've got one of those. It believe was sold by dealers in their boutiques - and probably given to some Cadillac owners as a gift/promo item. The box it came in was fairly nice.

The first photo shows what you'll see from underneath when you're in the basic area. Look up, further into the passenger's side foot well, and you'll see the little L-shaped drain tube (highlighted with my flashlight and the cheesy arrow- it's actually black). It really does drain right on top...

I think you have to save the audio setting just like you'd save a radio station. For instance, be sure it's set at the proper station for Preset #1; set your preferred audio settings for that station (bass, treble, DSP, etc): then press and hold Preset #1 until it beeps, signaling it's stored.
