Replaced Radio/Navigation unit in my 2009

The metal sill plates are just decorative, there is nothing under them. I just tucked it under the plastic trim by running it along the carpet and than tucking it up under the plastic trim. you can pull the bottom corner of the rear interior panel out enough to run the wire through without...

    2004 headlight on 2007

Maybe you could use the 04 housing with some modifications to fit the 07 electronics? The difference is the 07 has headlights that turn with the steering. The 04 doesn’t.

Replaced Radio/Navigation unit in my 2009

I ran the wiring for rear camera down drivers side tucked under the door trim/carpet edge. It’s open into the truck past the door opening. Than ran along the wire bundle along drivers side of the trunk to the truck lid hinge. Up the hinge following the factory wire bundle. Bit of work but you...

    Trunk Release "button"

Pressing it should open the truck and raise it like pressing the inside button or key fob button. Take it out and clean it like the door pads. part number 84190614 is different from door pads.

Looking for help with Blend Door locations and/or repair.

Drivers side sensor is just below the start button. System uses a foil roll with holes in it that wined back and forth till the proper patch with the holes for the selected function are aligned.

Looking for help with Blend Door locations and/or repair.

Maybe passenger side sensor? Just a guess but try everything else before considering replacing the heater box. I think they started the assembly line with the heater box and built the car around it.

    Lenses

You don’t have to replace the harness but best bet is to splice in a load resistor and mount it away from anything that will melt. Most places that sell the LED bulbs will offer the resisters.

    Bluetooth in 2009 only?

Maybe a late 08 model but I can’t confirm that. Could be a modern radio replacement in it. The stock radio does not have car play so no apps. Just wireless phone connection.

    100k Service

I think it was about 160000 when I changed the plugs in mine. No issues. Really not hard to do takes about 20 min and a star driver, along with the plug socket.

Just take the two little star screws out of the hinges and you can lift the trunk to replace the struts without compressing them.

High Flow Air Filters For a 2006 V

You can get K&N filters to fit the V but they can cause problems with the MAS getting contaminated by the oil.

    2006 XLRV

AC tensioner is about $500 for part alone. Install isn’t too hard so hour or two. Dealer charges about $1800+ to replace fuel pump to fix the fuel gauge.

Trouble Code P0449 Vent Valve/Solenoid Circuit Malfunction

It’s a purge valve for the fuel system. They tend to go bad if you drive on dirt roads. The valve is about 4” square black and is mounted on the inside frame rail in front of the transmission, behind the fuel tank, above the exhaust pipes. You probably have to loosed up the exhaust mounts to be...

Hi I'm Guido, brand new member

What mickeytee said is correct. This is easily tested with a tech2. I’m thinking a minor leak in head gasket could do this. Simple compression test will tell.
