As of right now there are new ride control modules for the 2004-2005 XLR's in stock in GM warehouses. I do not know how many are available but I just got one today 12/11/2017. Looks like they were stocked on 12/8/2017. $750 list price.

Interesting. I hope they do make some more of these to help people out. I have a unit that it fried also. I was going to give it to a local electronics repair shop to see if they could fix it. They do repairs on complicated boards all the time.

How much was that ride control module on your invoice?

I replaced both modules in my trunk in about 30 minutes. I would think the hydro pump would be another 30-60 minutes in replacement, just take the manifold off the pump, disconnect wiring, put new orings on pump manifold and reassemble. So i would think 1-2 hours for all 3. None of these items...

I was doing some reading and 35psi seemed to be the magic number for these Pirelli's that have a 50psi max pressure. I will try the 30psi and report on any difference.
