Well Spring has finally sprung in the Northeast and the sun is shining brightly. I can report that the nav/audio screen is more visible with the contrast turned all the way up.
I am presently waiting for the screen protector to arrive.
Will let you all know if there is further improvement...
Thanks for the info.
I'll check the contrast settings and let you know as soon as it stops raining and the sun decides to shine??
The screen in my CTS is set back with a hood and there is no glare.
Yes, I left it on all Winter. According to the manual the unit will maintain the voltage level and not overcharge the battery.
When I started it up the cars voltmeter read 14 volts.
Hey, Why all the fuss with the fancy batteries?
I don't know what they cost, but I'm sure they're not cheap.
Buy a "CTEK Multi US 3300" battery charger. It works great. It's a very small unit that can be mounted under the hood , if you like. When the charge is complete the unit automatically...
I am having a problem trying to upload more photos to my member photo album. I'm selecting only one or two photos at a time and I do get a message saying they have uploaded successfully, but nothing happens??
Can anyone help?
Rob has quit a few pics uploaded. He must know the secret.
Vanity Plates
Gee, New York plates are a bargain!
A $50 one time fee for the vanity plate and $59 (by weight of the car)for a two year registration.
I love NY.:xmas:
No need for a remote starter here. Mine is covered,on the battery maintainer and garaged for the winter. I won't take it out until the salt is off the roads.:)
Garage Floor Mats
I'm thinking about buying two car mats for my garage floor. I want to protect the floor from tire ware, water and snow.
Two 7.5' x 16' mats should do. Can anyone offer any recommendations??
Thanks.
