I replaced all four rotors and pads using stock OEM parts and that did the trick.
I get a little brake dust but nothing a weekly washing doesn't take care of.
I would recommend that if you use OEM rotors to paint them first. They will rust in just a day or two. I wish I had taken the time...

I have an 05 which had the same issue though not sever. My Cadillac dealer replaced the front rotors and pads, after two days or so the same thing came back, a pulsating pedal. Back to the shop it went to get the rear brakes replaced. After all of the rotors and pads were replaced the brakes...
