Hello can someone help me it seem that when i turn on the AC some grease and foam is blowing out the vents any way to figure where this is coming from .

There are foam gaskets surrounding the vent outlets. They have probably disintegrated and with a little moisture have been blowing out. Im sure they are not available for replacement but if you take the face plates off you can make new ones out of cheap foam or just run without them. I had my dash apart replacing the radio and had to repair the foam on my center outlets.
