Instead of re-hashing this topic, do a search. There is a pretty recent thread about the headlights and the prospects of 3d printing. To sum it up for you, there is no such thing as replacement lenses, only the entire headlight assembly. And I believe the 3D printing went by the way of the dodo bird.
