My hard top is hitting the plastic parts of the tonneau cover. Circled in red on the picture. Is there an adjustment for this top? i noticed the back of the hard top lifts first and then the front lifts and hits the tonneau cover plastic parts....

Ironically, I seem to have this EXACT problem. If you find a solution, please let me know. (and if I figure it out, I'll let you know as well)

Perhaps this may be related. The adjustment mentioned here would move the panel back which should free up some space at the front, going to find out tomorrow when I take a look.

I had a similar symptom with one of those covers not aligning well and the timing being a little off. Double check the mechanisms underneath that lift and lower the tonneau. One of my rubber seals had popped off and was interfering with the movement of the mechanism.

I'll take a look; however, in my case it looks like the hard top is sitting too high and because of that the center portion of the tonneau makes physical contact with it when you try to put that part down. (I'm just manually opening and closing at this point, thankfully)

Going to try the adjustment that I posted as if I can move the hardtop back a touch, then it may not come into contact with the center part.

The thing I'm just a little confused about is that when I close the top, it seems like it is closed properly; therefore, adjusting the top back seems like it is going to cause me a different problem. I guess I'll find out later today. :)

I did look around to see if there was anything where it shouldn't or causing clearance issues and I don't see anything obvious. (but I definitely could have missed something)

Have a feeling that by the time I get this top operating correctly, I'm going to be an expert.... :) :)
