Ok, today I get an email from CustomInk. Seems that there is a problem with copyright with the small almost unintelligible cadillac logo on the front grill of the car outline. No problem if the logo is taken out, which is done. I don't think it's a deal breaker. Seems the letters XLR are also a problem with copyright. If I lose the XLR print on the front of the shirt we're ok.
What does everyone that purchased a shirt want to do? This is pretty much what we can do without violating copyrights, according to the shirt maker

The copyright issue for "XLR" has come up on here before - try a search for it if you want to keep that on the shirt - GM abandoned the copyright to XLR & someone found a way to document that to the satisfaction of some other shirt company. I want to say it was some fed government web site you can search.

I know I'm being vague, but I don't remember specifics. Searching the term copyright shouldn't pull up but so many hits on here.

Without the XLR lettering, I wish for a refund if possible.

I just went ahead and cancelled the entire order. Everyone should be receiving a direct refund
