Selling my black/tan '04 XLR. Bought her about a year ago as a bucket list car and have enjoyed it immensely as a daily driver. 96k miles, clean Carfax. No issues, no codes, no oil leaks big enough to leave a spot on the ground. Clear title in my name. Copy of build sheet from Corvette Museum. Details:

Exterior:
  • Cosmetically good for age & mileage. Not show quality but far from rough. See pics.
  • Yes, the front turn signals are crazed just like the rest. They look fine when lit and the average person doesnt notice it. Headlight units are otherwise great, not hazy.
  • Wheels are in good shape as are tires
  • All tail/brake LEDs work
  • Both exterior door switches replaced

Interior:
  • Normal wear & tear for age & mileage.
  • Small crack in dash at center speaker corner
  • Scuff on driver's seat bolster
  • Carpets are dirty, could likely be cleaned. Has brand new black mats to cover it (I hate light colored carpet in cars)
  • Cupholder cover hinge broken as many are, sits normally in open position
  • No nav DVD but display works as it should
  • Seat memory buttons work erratically. I am guessing a loose connection under seat.
  • Everything else works as it should including ice cold AC and the radar cruise.
  • Have one original fob & two mechanical keys
  • Power top works correctly. BOTH TOP REGULATORS REPLACED by dealership ($2600) due to hydraulic leaks.

Mechanical:
  • Runs beautifully. As I said it has been daily driver, idles smooth as silk, no high operating temp issues. No warning lights.
  • Shifts, steers, stops, rides as it should.
  • Still has magride shocks. I feel certain they have been replaced at some point as the car rides too well to be original. I have a 2nd XLR that I did the Bilstein swap on, and this car rides similarly to my Bilstein car.
  • To my knowledge it needs nothing

This is a reliable driver car. Selling only because I found a silver one to buy & silver is my favorite car color. You wont win show trophies with her, but you won't be upset if you get a new rock chip either. Cant beat the driving experience for the money.

Asking $13,500. Car is in Memphis. A couple pics attached, I have more to share. 901-230-4707 my name is Scott.
