That's for the reply. I did check the battery, it was fully charged. I started to check all the fuses related to the trunk and the retractable top. I decided to take it to the dealer and have them check it. OUCH. $ 300.00 later they found a broken wire going to the top in the wiring harness...

Thanks to all of you. My mechanic kinda thought is was the sending units in the tanks. I use nothing but Shell V-Power in all my cars. When I have it reset it goes back to reading normal. After maybe 1 or 2 months it starts to mess up again. This has been going on for 3 years or so. 2 times when it was reset it worked for about 6 months. It's driving me crazy. Thought it might be the main computer. If there is such a thing?😒

My trunk opens when i activate any electrical device. So far it doesn't open when i am driving. Has anyone had this happen?:dunno:

I use Techron it's from Chevron, you can find it in any auto motive store and I also started using Shell gas v-power. Don't think you can change the gas mileage much. That's a big automobile, not known to get the greatest gas mileage.

Yes my gas gauge is doing that. When I fill it the needle only goes to 2/3. After about 250 miles it starts to move down. When it reaches 1/4 of a tank I fill it again. I have used Chevrons Tech tron cleaner for about 7 tank fulls. Still does the same. I think I will use the Sea Foam or the...

I need to replace my sending units. Is there any easy way to do this. I was told that you need to drop the rear end down, transmission and then the gas tanks will drop along with the cross over tube. Just though there should be an easier way. Cost around $2000.00.
