Do these have the same electrical connection as the stock shocks? You'd certainly get "Service Stabilitrack" errors unless they do.

There is a plugged vacuum nipple at te back of the base engines. I took the plug out and ran a line to the M2W switch.

I'm not sure about the entire V exhaust system being a direct bolt-on replacement. I only used the mufflers, which fit perfectly and easily. I got the "mild to wild" switch/hardware from Sunset Orange Creations. It can be turned on/off with a remote, by sensing RPM, or by a switch on the DIC...

I put an XLR-V exhaust on my base 04 and added the "mild to wild" switch. It's quiet when I want it to be, and has a nice rumble when I want it! I only added the mufflers; it was a 30 minute install. :rocker: I bought them on eBay - used - very inexpensively!

The seals are probably not compressed too much, and the pins shouldn't need lubrication. The seals and weatherstripping could probably use a little cleaning and lubrication. And there are a LOT of seals on the car- the doors, the roof, the frameless windows, the trunk, and even the hood...

The other telltale sign that the car has XM was the "wart" antenna on the trunk. I think you just need the module to get your radio to recognize XM; the analog to digital change was for OnStar only (I had that done, but have since quit the OnStar program). It should be easy to add, if you can...

Chiming in! :wave: The A/C control faceplate is indeed shaped slightly different on the XLR's with an aluminum faceplate versus the wood faceplate, but the guts are perfectly interchangeable. I got an 06 eucalyptus faceplate and an 06 AC control and swapped the guts out with my original AC...
