    What's your MGP?

I also have a V with E3 plugs... I dont' think my mileage changed at all between the stock and e3 plugs. I'm really heavy on the pedal.... I get anywhere between 9 to 12 in the city... when I'm nice on the pedal I can get 20 or so on the highway.

    2008 XLR Keyfob in 2006 XLR-V

After learning that I needed all new keys and locks in addition to the new '08 remote, I eventually found a set on ebay and put them away for a project day... Tonight I tried to program the '08 fob in my '06 XLR-V and I'm happy to say that it works fine. Now I just have to replace the lock...

    Optima Battery

As long as your car's alternator is working properly, the dash will always ready 14v... its typically not a good indication of what the battery's condition is.

I planned on replacing my GM battery with a yellow top optima in the near future... I'm curious if there are any hang ups as well.

Vette Z06 Brakes Installed - PHOTOS

http://myworld.ebay.com/thepartsladi/ looks like I paid $975 She has a few sets for sale, looks like the prices have gone up... I know that the Z06 caliper swap has been popular for many cars including F-bodies (firebird, camaro) and even GMT-800 trucks.... so that could be driving prices...

Important! "Group Buy" for Corsa Exhaust?

I know the XLR And XLR-V systems are different... I also know that Corsa has two lines typically for cars - Touring and Sport... they sound different... I was just curious if there were different choices, but I guess not.

Important! "Group Buy" for Corsa Exhaust?

do the corsa's for the XLR/XLR-V come in either a sport or touring variety? or just one? $1100 for a system would be a great price

Important! "Group Buy" for Corsa Exhaust?

I'm curious... I'd like one for my V... What is the estimated price for the group buy? (what I really want is a Billy Boat dual-mode Fusion system, but I'd have to custom modify a corvette version for the XLR-V)

    Ultimate XLR Mod

It looks like they extended to front... the front wheels are way pushed forward - so they must have left room to bring the left and right fenders in... its insane... whats crazy is that from the looks of it, the top still retracts... wow - it must have cost a fortune to do that.

    Performance Mode XLR V

This is not entirely accurate. The suspension only stiffens up if the shifter is put into performance shift mode by moving it to the left when in drive. This will also change the shift characteristics (hold gears longer, downshift sooner) if the shifter is not manually put into a particular...

    Gas Gauge Error

As I'm on my 2nd XLR-V and I've probably had an XLR in the shop for a total of over 90 days, I can also sympathize. I've now decided I'll do all the basic stuff at home (wheels, tires, filters) and corvette-similar stuff to the Chevy dealership (fuel sender, transmission, suspension, etc)...
