NEED SOME HELP. Is replacing an igniter and ballast on a 2004 XLR something an XLR technician has to do or can a regular Cadillac technician install the parts? Very difficult to find an XLR technician in my area.

Does anyone know where I can find a ballast for a 2004 XLR? It is discontinued and the part number is 1653164. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Tigerman
