Help! NEED CERTIFIED XLR TECHNICIAN

I live in the Columbia,SC area and am in need of a good certified XLR technician to fix the top of my 2004 XLR. I am willing to travel up to 200 miles to find one. So far all I have found are people who want to replace parts. If you have a good technician who can diagnose the problem I would like to hear from you. I have been informed on this forum as to the possible causes of the top not going up but have not found someone capable of diagnosing and repairing. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
