Help! 2006 xlr-v grill both upper and lower

The upper grill does it come with the black plastic mounting? What about the lower does it come with the plastic mounting also?

Yes on the upper. If you are talking about the top part that the bolts go into. that is if bought from Gm. I have a good upper one. Is your broke or damaged? PM me
