Anyone had one go that far and what should I look after.

Things I’ve dealt with:
Shocks
Spring adjusters
Wheel bearings
Power steering pump
AC compressor
Window regulator
Fuel gauge float

These parts are generally available. It’s the XLR specific parts that are going to get you.

Welcome! --- One thing is make sure the deck lid seal is in good condition. This prevents water penetration into the left rear turnk cavity below the carpet where the main pump and electronics are located. It operates the retractable top and trunk. Often the seals will go bad around the trunk lip and allow water infiltration and fry the pump assembly. Also make sure the weep (drain hole) in the pump well is not plugged up so any water can drain. --- Again, welcome to The XLR Site.
