Bose amp wiring

I pulled my amp out because it got wet and I now have 2 wires from the harness that need a home. Anyone know what the order is? They are blue/green and tan. I'm guessing one goes next to the green on and the other next to the orange one. Also, on the other harness I have a red wire that looks like it was never connected to anything. Is that right?
