Had business out West and got the message below while passing through Phoenix:

I don't know if you would be interested, but I have a New 08 XLR.
The MSRP Is $86,790 I can sell it for $65,0000 It's new, so it has
full factory warranty. 4 year 50k miles bumper to bumper.

I understand that this XLR has less than ten (10) miles on it and has never been titled. I suspect there are very few, if any, others like it.

If anyone is interested you should contact Bromberger directly. You can "drop" my name if you wish but I don't think it will matter either way. He sold the XLR I was exploring to someone else for $3,000 more than I offered.

The warranty period starts when the vehicle is first sold or put into service. I would be concerned about a car that sat for over 5 years.

I know what that's like. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. But, with the warranty, it'll cost GM not the new owner. The owner just has to deal with not having the car half the first 2 years.
