Just received my Tech 2 scanner from cartooldeal.com. Looking to update the version. The ACDelco website bans clone units. Is there a safe website to download the manuals and version update??

Dont know what site you went to. There is no manuals involved . you have to find manuals elsewhere. To get updates for your car you have to subcribe to a service and then you can get the latest for your vin and be able to install vin specific midules. You dont need it to do 90% of the things you need with your tech two
