I know some other cars have this, if you press the gas pedal to the floor and press start, it will just crank over but the fuel injectors are disabled. This would be to clear a flooded engine. It's called clear flood mode. I'm my case I want to circulate oil a little bit before I start up first time this spring, since it sat for the last 3 or 4 months, not started at all. In years past, starting dry sometimes sounds a little noisy, so I'm trying to avoid that. Does tht XLR have this function?? I've read it's press and hold the gas pedal to the floor and then press start button. I've also read it's press and hold gas and brake pedal ... Anyone have experience?
