No hood release

Hood will not pop up when cable is pulled. Can hear cable working latch but no release if hood. How do you get to the latch in this case?

I don’t know but I hope you find out - that happening has been one of my big fears!

Pull on the release and at the same time have someone push down lightly on the hood edge then pull up That usually works for stubborn latches
