OBD Not Working

I went to cadillac to download the owners manual for the V and while I could get it for the non-v, I couldnt get it for the V. Fuse 18 on the non V in the instrument panel fuse block is the airbags, and fuse 18 under the hood is the headlamp washer. The rear window defogger relay is #40. Its very possible that the V is very different. Anyway, I was unable to find anything. If you are able to pull your owners manual and look in the electrical section at the fuses, it.would be interesting to see what else that fuse covers

Fuse 18 is the airbag fuse in my owners book too. Must have been some miscommunication. Fuse 30 caught my eye though. Rear Fog Lamps, Diagnostic Link Connector
