if you are talking about the engine then no. The mass air flow an about 1/2 a dozen other items have changed .you would need to use your old parts or use the ecm from the newer car but I doubt that could be programmed to work with your earlier engine. It is not a lot of work to change over all the different stuff but then the cam accuators I do believe are also not the same so they may be programmed differently
