Well didn't make a formal introduction the last time I was here browsing the forums, for that please accept my apologies.
2nd time owner of a 2005 Cadillac XLR, with e first one gifted to my youngest son for his birthday last December. Went looking for another toy/play car and was looking at the BMW I8, but daughter wasn't too keen on the height of the car as it would drag the spoiler on the curved driveway, hah!
Told her my 2 nd choice was still an XLR. Found a local one and knew it had potential for a slight makeover. After a week and a half of pure bliss in driving with the top down, went to park and now just sitting DOA. Just starts without engaging. To be continued, with excellent feedback from longtime members to boot. Sob...and thanks in advance.
