As I continue to attempt to get a factory original CD player/changer to operate in my 2006 XLR-V, I have found another issue for which I'm seeking advice. I've recently purchased an original radio head unit and CD player/changer, both units reported to be operational. I've yet to install them. My question concerns the fact the there is a "hard wired" attachment to the head unit. It is described as follows:

All efforts to contact the manufacture of this item, given several phone numbers and having left messages, have received no response.
I believe the unit was designed to display video from a front and rear camera on the head unit screen as there are two RCA video input ports and a 12V input on the unit. I did not receive any video cameras with the head unit/CD player changer and the seller advises that none are available. I am looking for any information on this item, installation directions, operating manual and if the front and/or rear video camera may be available, or if there is a substitute camera the would operate,
