I have tried to login, but it does not recognize my email although I am receiving email at that email. I would like to reset my email and password. How can I do that?

I know, I can only get in by following my email. If I go to the website and try to log in it does not recognize my email. I have to open my email account go to a n email that has been sent to me the follow it to the site.
