seat wear

Just noticed today passenger's side seat has worn badly(one small line)so that color is gone and brown underneath shows through.
Anyone else experiencing color loss like this.?
Car is an "05 with 20,500 miles.

I have a similiar issue with my drivers seat close to the seat back. Will either order new covers for both seats (about $140.00 each from www.gmpartsdirect.com) or I will look into having a custom interior installed.
