It seems that the top panel the one that retreats under the trunk deck lid is slightly askew. Had issues with the my top going up and down, took it my dealer and the top control module was replaced (2nd one in less than a year). The top now works seamlessly, but the Tech and I noticed that the panel was hanging up a bit and was higher on one side than the other (you can visually see it) when in the "top up" stowed position. Having cycled my top hundreds of times I never noticed this, I tried cycling the top and watching via the rearview mirror and you cannot see it hang up. It can only be seen if you are watching the top from the side or rear of the car.

The Tech tried every possible adjustment but to no avail, the top still works and does not seem to be affected by the alignment issue. The service writer and tech suggested that I take the car to a body shop to see if the have a fix for the issue and it will be covered under warranty. Would replacing all the hardware and brackets solve the issue? Has anyone else experience this problem, any suggestions or feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I've never had an alignment issue with my tonneau, but maybe post a picture of the misalignment. Mayeb someone on here will be able to solve the problem. As "they" say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

I will upload some pictures and maybe a video of the issue tomorrow.
