Complaints are many and they don’t respond to them. In my cAse, they’ve had my money for weeks and no shipping date. They don’t answer questions sent on their online request form. They don’t answer emails. If you call, you wait exactly one-half hour to answer and then give excuses, and promise shipping dates but don’t ship. If you cancel the order, they charge a 20% cancellation fee. I don’t believe they HAVE wheels, but just make their money off cancellation fees!
