    Quarter mile run

I know, so close. I'm not sure if it would have made any difference but I ran in sport shift and performance mode all three runs. I thought about turning off the traction control but decided against it. I also had over 3/4's of a tank of gas on board. But I had a great day and rode home in style.

    Quarter mile run

One item on my bucket list was to race a car on a quarter mile track, so yesterday I checked that one off the list. Here is a video of the first of three runs, my best time was 13:02 @ 110.24 MPH My car is a 2007 XLR V, I know that's not fast by todays standards but it was big fun for me. The...

    Help! No start issue

Most scanners would be able to read the code if there is one, it doesn't have to be a Tech2. That would give us something to work with.

    CD player/changer not operating

The short answer is yes it's possible. If I understand you correctly you have installed at least 3 different changers that are said to be in good working order and they all have the same result. That does point to the head unit, if you are sure all the connections are the same and installed...

O2 sensors not ready for emissions

If you're saying you failed because you have a check engine light on and it's related to an O2 sensor, I had that problem. It was the heating circuit on the sensor, I changed the sensor, problem solved. But, if it's failing because of an emissions problem, I got nothing. I'm not saying changing...

    U2100 - Multimeter help?

Check the SWPS connector C202, It's under the dash on the steering column. It's common for this to loosen up caused by the telescoping column. I used a zip tie to hold the connector together, it solved my problem. Your results may vary.

    TouchScreen Replacement Guidance

A few years ago I purchased a new in the box radio/cd changer that was for a 2006 SRX, all the connections are the same as ours and it fits our dash exactly. My CD changer was bad so I replaced my changer with the new one and it works great, all I had to do was switch the mother boards in the CD...

Help! Need some advice or insight, most shops cannot get my car on their lifts.

I agree, I would not mess with those adjusters unless their damaged. Just cut some 2X8's about 2 foot long and call it done.

    Disable Adaptive Cruise Control

You can turn off the CC but maybe not the adaptive function. I have a V so I can't test it.
