What is that small amber light in the corner of the headlight?

There's an amber one visible from the side of the car and a white one in the corner of the light, visible from the front. They're both illuminated when the parking lights are turned on, so I'd say that's what they are.

Is the bulb for the white one, in the corner of the headlight, accessible without removing the headlight?
