Not home now but will try that. I did hit tilt and the screen moved to seethe DVD slot but nothing came out. The manual said if I tried the voice button on the wheel and no map DVD was in, it would show a big message window saying No DVD.

Yes, the manual says if no Map DVD is loaded and you push the voice button, a message will appear saying no DVD is loaded.

Can anyone tell me why I get no beep when I push the Voice button on the steering wheel. Just can't figure out the navigation even after studying the manual. Can't put in an address or even see a keyboard. I guess something is wrong with it ? I did click agree so it turned light blue. Any tip...

Does anyone know if the voice recognition button on the steering wheel only work if you pay for OnStar ? The manual seems to say it should work. I figured out everything else in the car but the Navigation...seems pretty complicated. Thanks

Ok I guess there are no original owners amongst us because all the cars had these stickers at least in 2005. Maybe they peeled right off when new. Even in some ads for the cars, I can see the 2 white stickers on the passenger seat. Now only the paper pops right off the adhesive sticker. Brad

Hi Cathie, Yes, I've used Lexol for many years and have it in my garage but this is a little round shiny piece of adhesive when the tiny white paper peeled off. It's very attached to the leather. Thanks though, Brad

Thanks. Mine is Ebony. I guess I'll leave the shiny circle ...it looks better than before I pulled the white paper off. It's funny how the simplest things become the hardest.

Any idea on getting the adhesive from the sticker off leather....never ran into that before.

Yes, it's in the first few pages of the manual. Stickers to show where there are 2 baby seat anchors. The air bag on/off switch is in the glove compartment...it was off. The key goes in and I turned it on. I took the sticker off but left a shiny circle of adhesive. Not sure how to remove it though.

I just found these two seat labels in the manual in my 2005. They are to show where to "anchor a child seat". I think most of you don't have them because the original owners probably removed them as I'm going to do.

Just ran out and got lug wrench , plug kit and scissor jack....the owners manual shows the only place to jack up though should be across two crossmembers....and need to see if the jack is low enough...is 4.5 inches high. Didn't take the car because last night salt was put on the...

Has anyone removed plastic Dealer's name from the trunk ? Most videos show to heat up as I used to do with stickers and then use Goo Gone to remove excess glue. Thank You..
