maybe a diagnosis
Well, it ain't the front. It's the differential. There was a service bulletin to change to a different rear end fluid so it's getting changed today.
God I'm praying hard to you that it'll fix it. I can't even imagine what a rear end (out of warranty) would cost me on...
This seems to happen only in the first 10 minutes of driving the car. When turning hard to the left, I'm getting a grinding noise out of the front right wheel area. It sounds alot like when my front wheel drive car had a bad CV joint.
I'm having a bad feeling it is a wheel bearing. Car just...
I changed mine last week. Real dirty. Don't know how that happens when you roll with the top down and the vents closed
I went to Autozone and it was $11. Probably get what ya pay for though.
I don't get it.... Can somebody explain what the magnetic ride control is on this car? I've got a bit of a squeek in the back driver side and it sounds like a dry shock boot.
I'll never forget the 1st time I'd laid eyes on an xlr. We took our Escalade to the shop and while killing time, I went into the showroom and there sat my dream on wheels. Never had I seen anything like it. Then I saw the sticker and my heart sunk.... oh well, just one more thing I'll never...

The other thing I don't like about it is on tight curves, it picks up the concrete road barriers and will...
I don't like it. While I know I can set the distance but Kansas City traffic does bode well for this feature.
Seems if you leave 100 feet between you and the car in front of you, some jerk has to pull into that zone and now I back up another 100 feet, and the situation repeats itself.
?????? Rain sensing mode? This car is too much.
I suppose next you'll tell me I can turn off that dang follow distance on the cruise control. That is really annoying.
I didn't realize there was a moisture sensor. :pat:
So, when I've been jacking with this, it hasn't been raining, or I haven't had the car our in it. Today, I'm on my way to work, it's raining, and the dang thing is working properly. I'm used to cars that have intermitant that goes 3...
And that might expain why I'd never seen these cars in KC. I've at least now got the pulse. We're getting 1" per hour right now and the lightening is wicked. She's in the garage and I'm in the bottle.:beerchug:
