2004 Cooling fan?

My 2004 does not have a cooling fan module that I can see. I’m guessing the 04 didn’t have one from the factory.
Can anyone confirm this?

It does seem the 04 / 05 did not have said module. Wiring diagrams attached.

Has anyone retrofitted another fan/motor?
I can’t locate one for under $500 used which may end up not much better than mine.
