2005 xlr causes headache while driving?

Whether I have the heat on or the a/c on I get a headache in 10 minutes of driving time. 70,000 miles runs great smooth no evidence of drivability issues no check engine lights. I tried cleaning the fresh air screens and used the freshener spray and a car bomb inside. I'm really sensitive to CO 2. I'm ready to sell it since I can't drive it. Did you also change the cabin air filter? Just a thought.

Find someone with a CO sniffer. Sounds like you might have some kind of exhaust leak. Do you get headaches with the top down?
