I've had a 'Volant' air intake system added to my '07 XLR,what a difference!!There is one problem however,my check engine light keeps comming on,if I excellerate too hard.Every thing is fine, oil and all,I'm thinking it's the air sensor,is there a way to over ride, the sensor? After so many start's the light won't come on ,till I get on it again. My Cadillac Dealer ,has installed all of my preformance parts.Any sugestions? Thanks Tommy10 the Bug Killer

you might need to get your engine tuned... this is a common issue with XLR-V's with aftermarket CAI's...

The CAI is possibly causing your engine to go lean, tripping a code...

The only way to know for sure is to get an OBDII scanner to see what the code is.
