Help! Electrical

I have an XLR 2005.
My power windows Work going down but I have to hold the button to make them go up, Also the exterior mirrors need to be reset every time I start the car?? Any thoughts on how to fix this.

You might try disconnecting the battery for a day and see if that helps, it's worth a try before spending money.
Also in your owners manual there is a section on power windows, read the section on window indexing or initializing.
