Help! headlight brightness

Im new to the forums and i was wondering if you could help me with a question on headlight brightness? I'm trying to match my fog light brightness (yellowish) to my headlight brightness (more of a blue).

The headlights are an HID lamp (very high Temprature rating) and the fog lights are standard bulbs. You may try and look for a Xenon replacement that has a 5000K-8000K rating which brings it closer to blue white light.
