Hot August Nights...

Not really for the XLRs, but anyone here going to Hot August Nights this year? Tracy and I will drive up 395 and spend the end of the week there. It's a huge event that needs to be experienced at least once.

I live in Sparks NV and will be around for the entire Hot August Nights event. I would like to meet up with you or some of the other XLR owners if they make it up.

We're driving up Wednesday, working an Adam's booth the rest of the week, helping make cars shine. He'll have a few booths, not sure where I'll be, but they ask and they should know.
It's an awesome event, looking forward to it.

It is unbelievable, cool cars & hot rods on every corner and every where you look, from Sparks to Reno! Car shows at every casino, more bands than you can count, seven days dedicated to hot rods & custom cars! We're taking the XLR mostly for the highway comfort factor, but we wont be able to do anything with it once we are there. A few years ago we took our hot rod '65 Elky, but it needs to be freshened up again before we take it again.
I've never been to the Woodward Dream Cruise, don't know which is bigger, but they are on par.
