Hi Dave, This is the first time I have seen your post even though I usually check for new posts every couple of days so I don't know what is going on with that.

I have used Tom Peacock Cadillac, 15480 I-45 North, in the past and they successfully fixed my top problem a few years ago. At that time they told me they were servicing XLRs on a regular basis. Fortunately my top has been working well ever since the repair. I have also had my wife's STS in there several times for maintenance and they seem to have a well run service department. Always provided me with a new CTS loaner to drive while repairs were done under warranty.

I got my X from Tom Peacock last oct. They had serviced the car since nearly new. So they are used to working on an X.
