My XLR/V(s)
2005
When I close the door on my 2005 XLR it takes about 20 minutes+ for them to turn off. Is that normal? If not , what to do??

Moving out of the site help and feedback forum and into the XLR Tech forum...

check your owners manual under lighting,,,,

Steve,,,, I had the same issue with my XLR, but since the car was sold I can't go look at it. As I recall it was due to a switch or knob to the left of the steering column on the lower dash that got bumped by a kneecap that put it in the position to cause this to happen. Hope this helps you out....

Close pure, but wrong side

Steve if you look at the picture I attached of my interior; the four switches to the right of the steering wheel; you want to push the second button down to turn off the courtesy lights. That will solve your problem.

Stand corrected,,, to error is human, to foregive is against XLR forum policy,,,,

Cubby,,,, :thumbsup You are right,,,, I had the same issue with my 2005 Corvette C6, and it must have been on the left side of the steering wheel on that car. Anyway, we have Steve going in the "right" direction now   Thank you Cubby for the correction....
